Fab City 的六大核心：

1. 分佈式能源生產

以自然能源（如太陽能和風能）取代傳統的石化燃料發電方式，以分佈式能源生產降低對環境的破壞，並提高能源的使用效率。分佈式能源資源（Distributed Energy Resources, DER）改變了家庭和企業獲取電力、水資源以及其他能源的方式，讓資源分配更加靈活高效。

2. 新興經濟體的密集型貨幣模式
